HeiTech Services, Inc. announced the appointment of Jonathan (Jim) Grimm as President. In his new role, Mr. Grimm will be responsible for HeiTech Services’ performance and development of the organization’s vision. He will also be responsible to implement the policies and procedures necessary to achieve that vision. Mr. Grimm will create the long- and short-term strategies surrounding the marketing of products and services, as well as the research and development of current and new offerings. Mr. Grimm will report to HeiTech Service’s CEO, Heidi Gerding. Mr. Grimm brings more than 30 years of experience in government contracting to HeiTech Services. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at HeiTech Services where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Prior to HeiTech Services, Mr. Grimm worked at Vangent, Inc., Keane Federal Systems, Inc., Soza & Company (purchased by Perot and subsequently Dell), Tracor, Inc. (purchased by BAE Systems), and Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. Mr. Grimm proudly served country in the U.S. Navy and recently retired as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army National Guard.
