P4 Sp. z o.o. will launch an IPO this summer to list on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, unnamed sources told Rzeczpospolita. The IPO is expected to raise at least PLN 2.5 billion, to spend on debt reduction and network investment.

P4 Reports Earnings Results for the First Quarter of Fiscal 2017

P4 has published its financial and operating results for the first quarter of fiscal 2017. Operating revenues increased by 9.6% year-on-year to PLN 1.58 billion in the first quarter. The total customer base decreased by 0.5% compared with the first quarter of 2016, with a net loss of 72,200 customers in quarter first of 2017.

P4 Introduces New Hardware Offer

P4 has announced that it is introducing new smartphone models to its range. They include the LG K8 (2017) LTE, Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, and iPhone SE in the versions 32 GB and 128 GB. The company is also adding, in response to customer demand, the projector LG Minibeam and Sony Play station 4 in the edition Slim with a 1 TB disc. Besides these, Play is significantly decreasing the prices of the HTC U Play by up to PLN 450.
