CCSi Receives VA Task Order in Support of Veterans Health Registries

Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. announced it has received another task order under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) contract vehicle. The task order will support the VA's Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) Product Development Program by providing program management office (PMO) support for health registries (HREG) projects. Under the new task order, CCSi will support the following registries: Converged Registries Solutions (CRS), Clinical Case Registry (CCR), Military Eye Injury Registry, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Registry, and Breast Cancer Registry (BCR). CCSi offers the VA deep expertise in the intricacies of portfolio and program management as well as the technical aspects of registries and databases within the VA. The program management services CCSi will provide as a part of the engagement include planning, development, tracking, analysis, scheduling, quality assurance, configuration management, risk management, PMAS/ProPath artifact development, and the planning and coordination of meeting activities for the entire HREG program.
CCSi Wins VA Contract to Enable Rural-Area Veterans Access to Benefit Systems

Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. announced it has received a prime contract to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Informatics and Analytics, Health Informatics Office and the Office of Rural Health. CCSi will deliver services to these offices on a nationwide basis over a base year plus two option years. This task order marks yet another award that CCSi has received under the VA's Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) contract vehicle. The Office of Rural Health works to optimize the use of available and emerging technologies, establish new access points to care, and increase health care options for all rural veterans. In support of this goal, the Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER) Health Program has built an infrastructure for veterans to participate in health information exchange, which includes VLER Health Exchange, Direct Secure Messaging, and Blue Button Download. Under the terms of the contract, CCSi will provide on-site Rural Health Community Coordinators (RHCCs) in each of the 55 rural health VA Medical Centers (VAMC). RHCCs will work with veterans to enable their access to Exchange, Direct and Blue Button Download systems, providing both on-site and remote training for veterans and VAMC clinicians on the benefits of these technologies. CCSi's RHCCs will also coordinate and assist VAMC staff in working with My HealtheVet outreach staff.

Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. announced it was awarded a prime contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) Office of Information & Technology (OI&T) to provide technical management support services for Health Products Support (HPS). CCSi continues to win important work under the VA's Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) contract vehicle. This task order has a one-year base period of performance plus two option years. CCSi will support HPS in improving processes as well as managing the system workload and increased operational tempo to help sustain OI&T's maturing system portfolio and meet mission goals. Under the terms of the task order, CCSi will provide HPS sustainment, transition management and software technical management support. Specifically, the company will provide subject matter experts in support of two teams -- a business team operating at the HPS organizational level and a technical team operating at the individual product level. For HPS, CCSi is partnering with Innovative Management Concepts (IMC), Sprezzatura Management Consulting, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, ASI Government, and Prognosis, a veteran-owned small business and woman-owned small business. The team will provide thought leadership in evolving transition and sustainment processes, support requirements of new and complex health products systems and collaboratively bridge organizational communities in providing these services.
