PwC won a zero pound multiple awardees contract award from Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust to provide consultancy support services. The North East Quality Observatory System (NEQOS) who are hosted through a joint agreement between Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (NTW) and South Tees NHS Foundation Trust, are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for consultancy support to assist with delivering its annual work programme. The types of work that will be covered by the framework are likely to include (but will not be limited to): Measuring Quality Improvement & Innovation, Investigating Variation, Improving Patient Experience, Improving Patient Safety, Healthcare Literature Reviews, Healthcare Research, Benchmarking, Indicator Development, Data and Statistical Analysis, Assessment, Evaluation & Advisory, Development of tools, toolkits, Modelling & Simulation, Workshops, Training & Consultations and Communications.
