Shaver Shop Pty Ltd's owners sent an information memorandum to potential buyers last week, seeking indicative offers in mid-July 2015. Shaver Shop's advisor, Canterbury Partners, is understood to be targeting mid-cap private equity firms such as The Riverside Company, Quadrant Private Equity Pty Limited and Archer Capital Pty Ltd.'s growth fund, along with domestic bricks and mortar retailers and trade names offshore. The owners are expected to seek about seven or eight times earnings, which would imply up to a $100 million asking price.
