Sitecore Reportedly Prepares Sale

Following a failed attempt at an IPO in the US, Sitecore A/S has reportedly hired Morgan Stanley to initiate a sales process. According to sources, the sale may be completed within the next few weeks. The purchase price is estimated at DKK 4 billion. Sitecore and Technology Crossover Ventures, which owns 40% of shares in Sitecore, have both declined to comment the information.
