Brew Hub LLC Key Developments

Brew Hub Mulls Acquisitions

Brew Hub LLC intends to pursue acquisitions. Brew Hub initially planned to build all five of its nationwide breweries from the ground up, but Tim Schoen, said the company is looking at acquiring existing breweries in Texas and the West Coast, with the breweries keeping their brands and Brew Hub brewing the beer. "There are quite a few breweries that would like access to our help, and we are actively in negotiations for acquisitions," he said. "This could happen a lot faster than a build-out, and we could open another location this year."

Brew Hub LLC Introduces Two New Craft Beers to the Florida Market

Brew Hub is introducing two new craft beers to the Florida market. Pool Hop All Season IPA is a session IPA brewed with two-row malt and a blend of Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Columbus and Crystal hops. This blend of North American hops gives the beer a fresh, citrusy aroma and crisp hop finish. Pool Hop is 4.5% alcohol by volume and 40 IBUs. Diver Down is an imperial red ale brewed with two-row caramel Munich barley and Magnum and Willamette hops. The beer is a rich, malty ale with a ruby-red hue and a thick, frothy head of foam. Diver Down is 8.0% alcohol by volume and 40 IBUs. Pool Hop and Diver Down are available now in six-packs of 12-ounce cans and on draught in fine craft beer establishments throughout Florida.

Brew Hub Introduces Keybilly Island Ale

Brew Hub is introducing Keybilly Island Ale- a craft beer brewed with authentic, Key lime juice. Keybilly Island Ale is the first beer in Brew Hub's Craft Collection, a series of distinct craft beers the company plans to brew. Additional Brew Hub Craft Collection beers will be announced in the coming months. The original concept for Keybilly Island Ale was developed by home brewer Pat Kennedy in Islamorada, Florida. Kennedy grew up in Fort Lauderdale but always spent weekends with his family in the Florida Keys. Kennedy moved to Islamorada in 2009 and soon began trying to brew a beer that would perfectly suit the island lifestyle.
