Open Joint Stock Company Rosneft Oil Company (LSE:ROSN) plans to increase its stake in Russian Regional Development Bank (RRDB) to 98.34% from 84.67%, the Federal Antimonopoly Service said. The request was filed by Rosneft's subsidiaries on July 8, 2016 and must be considered within 30 days.

Russian Regional Development Bank Appoints Dina Malikova as President

The Supervisory board of the Russian Regional Development Bank has appointed Dina Malikova President of OJSC RRDB. Since July 2013 D.R. Malikova was acting President of OJSC RRDB. On September 23, 2014, following the decision of the Supervisory board of the bank, D.R. Malikova officially took the position of the President of OJSC RRDB, her appointment having been duly agreed with the Bank of Russia.
