Government Approves Privatization Plan For 14 Companies

Government of Federal Bosnia and Herzegovina has approved the privatization and financial plan of the Privatization Agency (APF) for 2015. In accordance with the plan a total of 14 companies will be privatized. The companies to be privatized are ENERGOINVEST, d.d. SARAJEVO, Energopetrol d.d., Bosnalijek d.d., Aluminij d.d. Mostar, Fabrika Duhana Sarajevo d.d., Agrokomerc d.d., KTK Visoko DD, Sipad Export Import, Vitezit, Zeljezara "Zenica" d.o.o. Zenica, Remontni Zavod d.d., Hidrogradnja d.d.Sarajevo, Konfekcija Borac d.d. Travnik, Agrokomerc d.d. and Putevi BiH d.d.

State Planning To Sell Stakes in 14 Firms

Government is planning to stake in a number of firms. After getting approval from ministries in the Government of FBH, In 2015 a sale of state capital is planned for 14 companies including, Bosnalijek d.d., Energopetrol d.d., Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo, Aluminij d.d. Mostar, Hidrogradnja d.d.Sarajevo, Remontni Zavod d.d., Sipad Export Import, Zeljezara "Zenica" d.o.o. Zenica, KTK Visoko DD, Agrokomerc d.d., Konfekcija Borac d.d. Travnik, Fabrika Duhana Sarajevo d.d., Vitezit, and Putevi BiH d.d. Sarajevo. Steering Board has adopted a Work plan of APF for 2015 with privatization plan for 2015, as well as financial plan for 2015, on a session that took place on December 22, 2014, in Sarajevo.

Aluminij Announces Board Changes

The supervisory board of Aluminij has appointed Zeljko Kordic as its new director. Kordic will shortly nominate the executive directors with whom he will manage the company in the next four years. Kordic will replace acting director Vjekoslav Domljan who took over in November 2013 after Ivo Bradvica resigned.
