CBRE Pty Limited has announced two leadership promotions to drive the continued growth and success of its Queensland business. Flint Davidson has been promoted from Head of Agency to Managing Director – Brisbane while Jonathon O’Brien has been appointed as Executive Director – Queensland Regional Markets in addition to his role as Managing Director of CBRE’s Gold Coast office. Mr. Davidson joined company 19 years ago and has held various positions in both Sydney and Brisbane. CBRE has appointed Emma McMahon as the firm’s new Director of Sustainability for the Pacific region. Ms. McMahon joined CBRE in 2013, commencing in the role of Pacific Sustainability Manager. Her promotion follows the recent appointment of Amanda Steele to a new role as Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Pacific Asset Services business. She has extensive experience in overall management, analysis and reporting on all aspects of Pacific client portfolio/building energy and environmental related service and has conducted NABERS office energy ratings and tenancy lighting assessments across Australia for large building portfolios as well as privately owned office buildings.
