Partners Group To Reportedly Back CSS Management For Buyout

Partners Group Holding AG (SWX:PGHN) will back CSS Corporation’s management for the acquisition of CSS in a deal valued at about $275 million, people with knowledge of the matter said. Partners Group will partner with CSS’s Chief Executive Officer, T G Ramesh and Sanjay Chakravarty to acquire 70% stake in CSS from SAIF Partners, Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division and Sierra Ventures. T G Ramesh stated that he could not confirm anything at the moment.
