Rosetta launched the IBM-powered version of its NEXUS Operating System (OS) which will enable organizations to deliver more engaging brand experiences across the entire customer journey. The NEXUS OS integrates customer data and interactions across all major touchpoints into a single framework to give organizations the power to meet the rising customer expectations of how brands interact with them. Now Rosetta is building on its collaboration with IBM by providing a comprehensive suite of IBM Commerce solutions within the NEXUS OS to give brands a deeper level of analytics that help them better understand their customers' individual needs. Jon Winsell Joins Rosetta as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning

Rosetta announced that it has hired Jon Winsell as a senior vice president of strategic planning. In this new role, Winsell will be tasked with driving strategic innovation across the customer engagement ecosystem to create growth for Rosetta's global client roster. He will be based at Rosetta's New York 99 Hudson Street office, and will report to Executive Vice President of Global Strategic Planning David Worth. Winsell comes to Rosetta most recently from The Experts Bench Inc. where he served as senior marketing consultant to Yellow Pages.
Rosetta Launches Nexus Engine Powered by Adobe Marketing Cloud

Rosetta at Adobe Summit launched an Adobe Marketing Cloud-powered version of its Nexus Engine. Originally launched more than five years ago, the Nexus Engine drives next-generation customer engagement through a combination of insights, personalization and contextually relevant, branded experiences deployed across the entire customer journey at enterprise scale. Rosetta is now taking the Nexus Engine to the next level by integrating the Adobe Marketing Cloud. The Nexus Engine is modular, allowing it to plug in with existing client capabilities and technologies while adding the ability to integrate customer information and interactions across all touch points and channels, including first-, second- and third-party data. The Nexus Engine, which is also available through Razorfish in partnership with Rosetta, will now is significantly expanded through the unique capabilities of the Adobe Marketing Cloud, which processes more than 30.5 trillion transactions a year, including 2.5 trillion mobile transactions. The Nexus Engine by Rosetta powered by Adobe Marketing Cloud is provided jointly by the partnership to clients. Bringing the Nexus Engine together with Adobe Marketing Cloud will enable Rosetta to apply the skills of hundreds of data scientists to its clients' challenges. This powerful segmentation, coupled with the ability to drive dynamically assembled creative powered using Adobe Experience Manager, will enable a new level of relevant, targeted, and personalized experiences.
