Scottish Equity Partners To Offload 10% Of Skyscanner

Scottish Equity Partners LLP (SEP) has appointed Goldman Sachs to offload 10% of the Skyscanner Limited at a price that would confirm Skyscanner. The deal would give Skyscanner a valuation of £1 billion. It is understood that bids for the stake in Skyscanner are due this week. A source familiar with the process said it was likely that SEP would sell to a sovereign wealth fund or pension fund rather than another private equity investor. Rumored bidders include Baillie Gifford and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
