Allianz Global Investors Promotes Deborah Zurkow CIO and Head of Infrastructure Debt Effective June 1, 2016

Allianz Global Investors has promoted Deborah Zurkow, CIO and head of infrastructure debt, to head of the alternatives pillar within its global investment platform. Zurkow will join Allianz GIobal's global executive committee, effective June 1, 2016. In her new role, Zurkow will lead the continued build out of Allianz GIobal's alternatives capability, which comprises a diverse mix of both liquid and illiquid alternative investment solutions for clients. To allow Zurkow to take on her new role, Claus Fintzen will become CIO and head of infrastructure debt, reporting to Zurkow, assuming day to day responsibility of Allianz GIobal's infrastructure debt team with immediate effect.

Allianz Global Investors has appointed Tobias Pross as its new Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) head. Pross, who served at the firm for 16 years, currently holds the role of the firm's head of distribution in Europe, International Adviser reported.
