Walbridge Announces Executive Changes

Walbridge has announced several changes in its financial and administrative leadership teams. The changes include: Vince DeAngelis - is retiring from Walbridge after 30 years where he served as Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.
He will divide his time between work in the nonprofit arena, caring for an extended family member, as well as continuing to consult with Walbridge. John Rakolta III - is promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the financial and other administrative functions of the construction enterprise. Rakolta has been with Walbridge over 10 years and was most recently Group Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. William McCulloch - will join Walbridge as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for the financial and project controls functions. He was formerly with FSE Energy, a New Orleans EPC contractor.

Walbridge has reported several key organizational changes that strengthen its leadership team. The company announced that Rick Haller, president and chief operating officer, has retired effective July 1, 2015, after 40-year career with Walbridge, he will remain a member of the Walbridge Board of Directors. Mike Haller has been promoted to president, Walbridge Group. He will also retain his position as president of the Industrial Division. Vince DeAngelis has been promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer from executive vice president and chief financial officer. Tom Dyze has been promoted to executive vice president and chief risk officer from executive vice president and chief legal counsel. John Rakolta III has been promoted to group vice president and chief financial officer from assistant vice president, New Business Development /Corporate Strategy. In addition, the executives have been elected to join those above on the Walbridge Board of Directors, Randy Abdallah, executive vice president, Get Work and Terry Merritt, senior vice president, Human Resources.
Walbridge In Talks To Acquire Property From RACER

The Walbridge Group, Inc. is in negotiations to acquire the property from the RACER Trust. The plan will set the stage for the development of the CAV Center at Willow Run, providing a central facility that will meet the needs of the connected vehicle mobility -technology industry cluster.
