Findly Announces Release of its Latest Solution to Improve Recruitment Marketing, Lead Capture Micro-Sites
Mar 4 15
Findly announced the release of its latest solution to improve recruitment marketing, Lead Capture Micro-Sites. This unique capability enables practically any employee to create individual and personalized lead capture pages to collect candidate profiles during recruiting events and place them directly into a candidate relationship management (CRM) system for immediate sourcing by recruiters. Companies deploy a wide variety of costly recruitment marketing activities to attract candidates. Most employers advertise and push candidates directly into an applicant tracking system -- losing on average 90% of their traffic in the process. By giving job seekers they meet at job fairs and other recruiting events the option to become part of a talent network and stay engaged with the brand through robust lead capture forms, companies can greatly improve their conversion rates. The newly released Lead Capture Micro-Sites functionality also allows recruiters, event planners, and employees themselves to create lead capture pages instantly enabling all employees to participate in talent acquisition and help to build a pipeline of candidates. As a result, companies can save a great deal of time and resources with each event landing page, which can be created for free with the application. For recruiters, this new innovation enables them to easily create personalized, company-branded landing pages for each recruiting event, including a welcome message and integrated lead capture form to collect job seeker profiles. Recruiters distribute a unique URL or QR code during the event to engage with candidates and prompt them to submit their profile and resume. The profiles are then captured in the Findly CRM database for the recruiter to follow up with and keep those candidates engaged. Key benefits of the Lead Capture Micro-Sites feature include: boldConfigurable and shareable micro-sites: Users can easily build customized micro-sites for any recruiting event and create and share short links across websites, Twitter feeds, Facebook posts or email. boldCustomized content with merge variables: The instantly built recruiting micro-sites provide customized content through merge variables, so a recruiter can personalize a lead capture page with direct and relevant content for each event. boldCampaign tags: Each job seeker is tagged to specific events and campaigns, allowing recruiters to track candidates throughout the CRM. boldJob folders: Job seekers can also be placed directly into a CRM job folder either linked to the recruiter's employee ID or one specified at the time of creating the micro-site. boldEasy login with single sign-on: Recruiters can easily use the Lead Capture Micro-Site creator through the same dashboard they use to access the entire Findly suite of recruitment solutions. Findly is committed to developing new solutions and functionalities that help employers find, engage and hire the talent their organizations need to be successful.
Findly Breaks New Ground with Cutting Edge Mobile Apply Solution
Oct 6 14
Findly announced the release of CX Apply, its new mobile apply solution that enables companies to provide a faster, easier and better candidate experience on their existing applicant tracking system (ATS). Implemented in just one day, this disruptive technology gives employers the power to deliver a completely mobile apply process that is more in line with the expectations of today's jobseekers. The use of mobile devices has exploded in recent years, and it's expected that the number of global smartphone users will grow to 1.75 billion by the end of 2014. At a time when 68% of candidates use their mobile devices to search for jobs at least once a week, organizations that do not enable candidates to apply from those same devices will struggle to hire top talent. With the new CX Apply solution, companies can transform their existing apply processes and present a simpler and faster candidate experience, more designed for present's always-on-the-go candidates. Until now, this transformation took weeks or months to implement, with the release of CX Apply, this timeframe is now just one day. Differentiated features of CX Apply include: Quick Implementation: Implementing CX Apply takes just one day, and there is no need for companies to change any part of their current processes or systems. The solution sits over the existing system and the jobseeker will benefit immediately from a modern, mobile experience. Integrated Assessments: CX Apply is the only solution on the market that can fully integrate assessments from the assessment providers during the apply process. As a result, mobile candidates can complete all activities from their mobile devices as they apply, vastly increasing completion rates. Multiple Apply Flows: CX Apply supports multiple apply flows so user can present different candidate experiences, without the need to build and maintain multiple mobile apply websites, which has been the practice in the past. Candidate Automation: CX Apply supports the native candidate workflow/filter/scoring features of a company's ATS so their qualification steps remain automated, and quality hiring is retained. Real-time Resume Updates: CX Apply provides ongoing resume updates so companies always have the latest candidate information, even if the candidate never comes back to the company's ATS or career website again. Elimination of Double Logins: Companies who have a talent community and an ATS, typically require a candidate to register twice, interrupting the candidate experience. CX Apply eliminates this problem of requiring applicants to log in or join twice, resulting in higher conversions of both passive and active candidates.
