Brian Wright, who has been partner in charge of the law firm's Cincinnati-based office, is moving to be general counsel of Henny Penny Corp. in Eaton. Henny Penny Corp. has promoted three key leaders: The company announced that Rick Cartwright is now director of product development and innovation. He had been serving as director of controls engineering. The other promotions announced were: Don Kern to director of engineering. In addition to boosting product quality, Kern will focus on warranty as well as engineering, reliability, engineering services and safety. He was previously director of quality assurance and safety; and Jeff Frymier, to director of corporate relations. Frymier will focus on external relations and community development initiatives as well as lead internal communication strategies. He was previously director of human resources.
