General Electric and ROTEC Sign Agreement of Intent

On June 19, 2015, as a part of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, ROTEC (Renova Group) and General Electric signed an agreement of intent. The two companies are looking to collaborate in engineering, manufacture and delivery of low-power steam turbines. The agreement provides for cooperation in projects that may be of mutual interest for the companies at a time when oil and gas companies, industrial groups and housing and public services develop their investment programs for construction of distributed generation facilities and replacement of inefficient obsolete capacities. Taking into account the engineering expertise of the parties to the agreement, EPC turnkey projects for delivery of industrial energy facilities will create optimal conditions for potential customers.
