DripDrop Inc. Key Developments

DripDrop Now Available at Ralphs Pharmacies

DripDrop, a new, pharmacist approved rehydration solution for children, adults, and seniors, is now available at Ralphs, part of the Kroger family of companies. Dehydration is a hidden cause of common ailments across every age and physical condition; it can impair productivity by up to 20%, reduce athletic performance, and make a bad cold a lot worse. Dehydration from gastroenteritis results in 1.5 million outpatient visits and 200,000 hospitalizations every year; while dehydration in children accounts for 3 million outpatient visits and 925,000 hospital days each year. Dr. Dolhun, a Mayo Clinic trained physician, developed DripDrop as a practical solution to this pervasive problem, and as an antidote to overdependence upon intravenous (IV) rehydration therapy, now in short supply. DripDrop's precise ratio of ingredients follows the international health community's standards to treat and prevent dehydration, can be consumed at home, and doesn't require medical training to administer. A 2014 clinical study found that DripDrop hydrates 34% more effectively than water alone, and 20% more effectively than the sports drink tested. Research conducted later the same year by MD Analytics showed 94% of pharmacists approve of DripDrop as an effective ORS. The pharmacists surveyed were unaffiliated with Ralphs or any retail store or brand.

Drip Drop Inc. Appoints James "Spider" Marks to Board of Directors

DripDrop Inc. announced that MajorGeneral James "Spider" Marks, a decorated veteran of the United States Army, has joined the Company Board of Directors. General Marks spent over 30 years in the United States Army and held every command position from infantry platoon leader to commanding general. He was the senior intelligence officer for Joint Task Force Los Angeles during the LA Riots and served as a strategist on the personal staff of the Chief of Staff of the Army. General Marks was the senior intelligence officer in the Balkans and Korea, and the senior intelligence officer in combat for the Coalition Land Forces liberation of Iraq, Operation Iraqi Freedom. He culminated his career as the Commanding General of the US Army Intelligence Center and School at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

DripDrop Releases Results of New Study Conducted by MD Analytics

DripDrop has released the results of a new study conducted by MD Analytics, which found 94% of pharmacists across the nation approved of DripDrop as a treatment for dehydration. The study found that pharmacists prefer ORS that contain electrolytes and low sugar, with nearly three in every five pharmacists indicating electrolyte concentration of DripDrop as the key factor in DripDrop's selection. Built on decades of proven science and created by a Mayo Clinic trained physician, DripDrop is the first Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) to combine the medical standards of rehydration therapy with excellent taste. Available in lemon or berry flavors, DripDrop's patented formula contains a precise ratio of sodium, sugars, and potassium to optimize absorption and speed recovery. It has 25% more electrolytes than pediatric solutions, half the sugar of most sports drinks, and does not contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. The research was conducted by MD Analytics between October 14 and November 7, 2014, and included a survey of 300 pharmacists in the United States.
