Finanziaria d'investimento Fininvest S.p.A. (Fininvest) has denied selling their majority share in Associazione Calcio Milan s.p.a. (AC Milan). Reports had surfaced that Fininvest has sold his majority share to Chinese businessman Poe Qiu Ying Wang Shuo, however Fininvest assured in a statement that they have no intention of selling their share in AC Milan. “Fininvest denies that an agreement has been reached for the sale of shares in the club,” the statement read, “Several figures have showed interest in investing in Milan, but they are exclusively on minority shares. We are not interesting in relinquishing control of the club.”
