Challenger Life Eyes 35 Clarence Street Building

Challenger Life Company Limited intends to acquire 35 Clarence Street in the Sydney. The company is pursuing a due diligence on the 18-storey building. The building has been put up for sale by AMP Capital Investors Limited, acting on behalf of Sunsuper Pty Ltd, in September 2015. Colliers International and Chesterton International are acting as the selling agents. Challenger Life declined to comment on market speculation when contacted by The Australian Financial Review.
