PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (JKSE:SRTG) plans to acquire 51% stake in PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (JKSE:TAXI) from PT Rajawali Corporation. The value of stake is about INR 1.26 trillion based on Express Transindo's closing price on April 17, 2015.

PT Rajawali Plans To Launch IPO For PT Archi Indonesia

PT Rajawali Corporation seeks to launch an initial public offering for PT Archi Indonesia by the end of 2014 and expects to raise more than $300 million, said Hoesen, Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PT Rajawali aims to sell 15-20% of its enlarged capital and has PT Danareksa Sekuritas, and two foreign securities firms as underwriters.
