CDC Holdings Inc Key Developments

CDC Holdings Inc. to Open its Second Project in April 2017

CDC Holdings Inc. is ready to open its second project with The Ascott Limited next month, having turned over the development within the business district of Pasig City to the international serviced residence operator. The company announced the formal opening of the 32-story Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila, which will offer 290 serviced residences and 96 units designed for end-use, in April 2017. The serviced apartments, located on the 4th to 24th floors, include around 120 units offered to investors under a sale-and-leaseback agreement. The residential component called CDC Millennium Ortigas occupies the two high levels of the building. It will have a separate entrance along Sapphire Road as well as amenities exclusive to the homeowners. The mixed-use development caters to expatriates, business executives and long-term leisure travelers, taking advantage of the multinational, business process outsourcing and pharmaceutical companies located within the Ortigas Center.

Transnational Diversified Group and CDC Holdings Mulls IPO

Transnational Diversified Group, Inc. and CDC Holdings Inc. are seeking IPO. Top officials of Transnational Diversified Group and CDC Holdings have indicated their intentions to sell shares to the public and join the local stock market. “It’s an option that we are open to. It is certainly something we might do,” said Transnational Diversified Group founder and Chairman Jose Roberto C. Delgado when asked if his family owned conglomerate is open to conducting an initial public offering (IPO) in the Philippine Stock Exchange. “Transnational Diversified Group is very optimistic about our future plans and core-growth strategies. We have many opportunities and continue to explore all possibilities in making our goals happen,” said Zaki H. Delgado, Transnational Diversified Group Director and Chief Innovation and Information Officer. “I’m open. There are those approaching us, but I’m still studying. My worry is, if you go public, you have to do a lot. The question is, are we ready,” CDC Holdings President and Chief Executive Officer Elsie Chua said.
