Prescient Partners with Trammell Crow Company for Second Denver Multi-Family Housing Project

Prescient announced its second Denver partnership with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), this time for the Alexan 20th Street Station, a 12-story multi-family residential structure which will house 354 apartments in Denver. The structure is located at 20th Street Station on 1.14 acres at 2014 California St. in Denver. This is Prescient’s second apartment construction project with TCC. Their first project, the Alexan Uptown apartments, is now pre-leasing at 1935 N. Logan St. in Denver. The new 287,000 square-foot 20th Street structure will include eight stories of Prescient framing on top of a four-story concrete podium.
Prescient Appoints Jeffrey Johnson to its Board of Directors

Prescient, announced that Jeffrey Johnson, CEO of Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund, has joined the company’s Board of Directors. Johnson has expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, finance, reporting and investor relations. Previously, he served for 13 years in executive roles at Equity Office Properties Trust. Equity Office publicly traded REIT and owner/manager of office properties in the United States when it was acquired by Blackstone Group for $39 billion in 2007. During his tenure at Equity Office, Johnson served as Chief Investment Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chairman of the Investment Committee.
