Relias Learning Announces Management Changes

Relias Learning announced the promotion of Bjoern Bauer to Chief Financial Officer. Along with Bauer’s appointment, Relias announced five new Vice Presidents, part of strategic restructuring to support continued growth. Bauer joined Relias Learning in February after spending 8 years with Bertelsmann leading strategy and acquisitions. Bauer has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, financial analysis, and operational management; he will serve a pivotal role in Relias’ Mergers and Acquisitions strategy. In addition to Bauer’s appointment, Relias named five Vice Presidents across the organization to play leadership roles in the company’s aggressive growth plans. Triandiflou described Michael Bishop, VP of SMB Sales, and Jeff Logan, VP of Enterprise Sales, as two leaders within Relias who have consistently achieved their goals and serve as focal points for knowledge across their teams. Russ Jenkins was appointed VP of Retail to further support and grow Relias Academy. John Harvey, formerly the Corporate Counsel for Relias Learning, is now VP of Corporate Development, joining their Mergers and Acquisitions team.
