Skanska USA Commercial Development has secured its first tenant for West Memorial Place II, an Energy Corridor office project that has faced pushback from area residents in the past. Belvieu Environmental Fuels LLC Selects IHI E&C International Corporation to Provide EPC Services

Belvieu Environmental Fuels LLC, a subsidiary of Enterprise Products Operating LLC, has selected IHI E&C International Corporation to provide engineering, procurement and construction, or EPC, services for an upgrade of the Mont Belvieu C4 Oleflex Unit in Texas. With this award, IHI will complete the front-end definition for the project and then continue with the detailed engineering, procurement and construction phases. The IHI E&C construction team will mobilize to the site and begin direct hire construction activities during the 2nd quarter of 2014.
