KRG Capital Partners is exploring a sale of Fort Dearborn Company, said people familiar with the matter. KRG, based, is working with an adviser to seek bids for the company, said undisclosed people. The sale, could fetch as much as $800 million, is attracting interest from other private equity firms, and first round bids are due in May, the people said.

Marquette Transportation Reportedly Up For Sale; Michael Dell In Race

Marquette Transportation Company LLC is known to considering a potential valuing it more than $1 billion and has attracted the interest of Michael Dell, Dell Inc’s Chief Executive Officer, people familiar with the matter said. Marquette's owners, includes its founders and buyout firm KRG Capital Partners LLC are working with Harris Williams & Co. on an auction which is already underway, the people said this week. Private equity firms and family offices are in race for Marquette, including MSD Capital, L.P., the people added.
