Tammy Moskites Joins Venafi as Chief Information Security Officer

Venafi announced during RSA Conference 2014 the executive appointment of Tammy Moskites as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Moskites brings 25 years of cybersecurity experience and leadership, having led security teams at Time Warner Cable and The Home Depot. Moskites will help CISOs fortify their strategies to defend against increasingly complex and damaging cyberattacks against the trust established by cryptographic keys and digital certificates. Prior to joining Venafi, Moskites served as CISO with Time Warner Cable (TWC), where one of her many responsibilities was to reengineer and centralize the Information Security and IT Compliance organizations to support Global Operations. Tammy also held the CISO position with The Home Depot, where she provided strategic executive and collaborative business direction for several teams including, but not limited to Identity and Access Management, IT Compliance and Regulatory, eDiscovery and Forensics, Encryption and more. Other relevant security experience includes Huntington National Bank; Complete Information Technologies, LLC; BankOne; Nationwide and Aetna.
