The Swedish brokers association Mäklarsamfundet Service I Sverige AB will have an extra annual meeting and discuss the sale. The information from Mäklarsamfundet was late according to some members, not according to the 30day rule in the statutes, and members are now trying to have the meeting declared invalid.
Santander In Talks To Acquire A Stake In Its Asset-Management Unit

Banco Santander, S.A. (BME:SAN) is in talks to buy back the 50% stake in Santander Brasil Asset Management Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., that it sold to two private-equity firms in 2013, according to people familiar with the situation. Santander sold half of Santander Asset Management to Warburg Pincus LLC and General Atlantic LLC 3 1/2 years ago in a transaction that valued the unit at £2 billion. The two U.S. private-equity firms are discussing the sale of their stake in Santander Asset Management after the Spanish bank and Italian lender UniCredit SpA ended a plan to merge their asset management units in July 2016.
