WASH Reportedly Mulls Sale Of Assets

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC is planning to sell assets. People close to the matter stated that the company is exploring a sale that could value it at more than $900 million, including debt. The sources added that CHS Capital has engaged Moelis & Co to run an auction for WASH. According to them, first round expressions of interest are expected this week. The news report mentioned that the sources asked not to be identified because the sale process is confidential while WASH and CHS did not respond to requests for comment and a Moelis spokeswoman declined to comment.
CHS Capital To Reportedly Sell TricorBraun

CHS Capital has hired Moelis & Company (NYSE:MC) to explore a sale of TricorBraun, Inc. in a deal valued at more than $1.3 billion, Reuters reported citing people familiar with the matter. CHS Capital is believed to launch an auction for TricorBraun, Inc. after Berlin Packaging LLC completes its own sale process, expected by September 2014. TricorBraun, Inc. and CHS Capital did not respond to requests for comment while Moelis & Company declined to comment.
