Apax, AEA And Franke Reportedly Bid For N&W

Apax Partners LLP, AEA Investors LP and Franke Holding AG have made indicative bids for N&W Global Vending S.p.A., according to sources. Apax submitted an offer last week, sources added. N&W Global has debt maturities coming due in November, 2015 and May, 2016 and aims to be sold by then, sources said. Goldman Sachs, the advisor to N&W Global, expects binding offers in June, according to sources. Spokesmen at N&W Global, Apax and Franke declined to comment and representatives at AEA Investors were not available for comment to Reuters.
