Silverwillow Energy Corp. has completed the previously announced amalgamation of Silverwillow and 9341102 Canada Inc. (AcquireCo), a wholly owned subsidiary of Value Creation Inc., under the Canada Business Corporations Act. The SilverWillow Shares are expected to be delisted from and no longer traded on the TSX Venture Exchange as soon as possible, in accordance with the rules and policies of the exchange. SilverWillow is also expected to apply to cease to be a reporting issuer in all of the provinces of Canada, subject to the satisfaction of applicable regulatory requirements.
