Hutchison Global Communications (HGC) launched the HGC Superhub Hosted Exchange Email Service. The new service enables employees to access email, calendars, contacts and task lists anytime, anywhere. Users can get access to the service via Outlook, the Outlook Web App (IE) and mobile devices. HGC Superhub Hosted Exchange Email Service also provides anti-spam and anti-virus protection, plus SSL encryption and email servers located in ISO 27001-certified data centres.

HGC reported earnings results for the first half of 2014. The company earned HKD 323 million in the first half of 2014, falling 43.5% over a year earlier.
