Disney Interactive announced the availability of the Disney Infinity: Toy Box Starter Pack (2.0 Edition), a special Disney-themed Starter Pack featuring fan favorites Merida and Stitch and new Toy Box Games set in the worlds of "Lilo and Stitch" and "Brave," all for a suggested retail price of $59.99. The company also announced the launch of its Disney Originals figures including Donald Duck, Tinker Bell, Maleficent and Aladdin, as well as Hiro and Baymax from the upcoming Walt Disney Animation Studios film Big Hero 6. Disney Originals characters launches on November 4, 2014 in retail stores nationwide. This unique Starter Pack allows fans to begin their Disney Infinity (2.0 Edition) experience using existing Disney figures and Power Discs, new Disney Originals characters, and the latest additions from the recently launched Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes game. Disney Interactive and Marvel launched Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes -- the follow up to last year's new hybrid toy /video game of 2013. The game is available for the PlayStation(R) 4 and PlayStation(R) 3 computer entertainment systems, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system and Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and the Wii U(TM) system from Nintendo. The Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes Starter Pack features the 2.0 game software, the Disney Infinity 2.0 Base, Marvel's The Avengers Play Set with three character figures (Iron Man, Black Widow and Thor), two Toy Box Game Discs, a web code card and countless hours of creative play in the all-new Toy Box 2.0. Marvel's Spider-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy Play Sets, along with additional figures from those worlds, will be sold separately. All characters and Power Discs from last year's release of Disney Infinity are compatible with Toy Box 2.0. The new game introduces interactive Super Hero figures from across the Marvel universe with original Play Set storylines written with the help of Marvel comic writer Brian Michael Bendis. Disney Interactive to Close Colorado Operation

Disney Interactive will close its Colorado operation as part of division-wide cutbacks that include cutting about a quarter of its staff. The Disney division's offices in Colorado as well as in Chicago, New Jersey, South Korea and Hyderabad, India, will be shuttered and some 700 jobs will be cut.
