Marc USA has hired the lead strategist for the global McDonald's account from Leo Burnett Group/Arc Worldwide. Karen Raidel joined Marc as vice president/director of account planning, working with clients across the agency's locations in Boston, Chicago and its Pittsburgh headquarters. Raidel will be based in Chicago. With Raidel's appointment, Marc has promoted its former planning director, Vivek Saran, to the new role of senior vice president, business strategy and innovation director.
