Teleperformance USA has shuttered the doors of its Ann Arbor location and laid off 430 workers. The company would be closed because of business circumstances that were not reasonably foreseeable. Teleperformance was not able to renew its contract with the client at its Ann Arbor location. Of its 430 workers, 368 are listed as customer service agents.
