Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions Launches TCxGravityTM Powered by Microsoft Dynamics

At the National Retail Federation (NRF) Annual Convention, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and Microsoft Corp. announced the launch of a combined effort from Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics aimed to help retailers deliver leading customer experiences through true omni-channel customer engagements. This effort includes Toshiba delivering software and implementation services on the Dynamics platform as well as plans for the future global availability of a combined solution TCxGravityTM powered by Microsoft Dynamics - specifically tailored to deliver omni-channel transformation on the customer's terms, helping them provide seamless brand experiences to build lasting loyalty. Under the new agreement, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions will leverage its global leadership in store systems software, hardware, and services to extend and deploy Microsoft Dynamics omni-channel technology platform for retailers. This further expansion of Toshiba’s strategy for TCxGravityTM with TCxGravityTM powered by Microsoft Dynamics ensures a path forward for both existing and new customers, including grocery, specialty, hypermarket and mass merchants, to leverage the Microsoft Dynamics platforms, with the assurance of technology, migration options and investment protection.

Baker Tilly Announces Microsoft Dynamics Tie-Up

Baker Tilly has expanded its technology consulting practice with an official partnership with Microsoft Dynamics. The agreement with Microsoft allows Baker Tilly to sell user licences and provide implementation and enhancement services for the Microsoft Dynamics line of business software products. More than 220,000 companies worldwide currently use Microsoft Dynamics, a suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) products. Initially, Baker Tilly will focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX - a multi-language, multi-currency ERP business software with global business management features for financial, human resources and operations management. and Microsoft Dynamics Enter Strategic Partnership to Deliver Complete Solution for True Customer Engagement announced a partnership with Microsoft Dynamics that will bring to market a complete omni-channel customer engagement solution based on the interoperability of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and's ONE Engagement Hub. The solution will give CMOs and CX leaders the ability to visualize, analyze and improve actionable customer managed journeys that allow customers to traverse their journey with a brand based on the customer's own choices. These powerful journeys are enabled through listening across all touchpoints. The complete solution will provide end-to-end visibility of all customer activity, connecting customer insight, context and real-time journey behavior through's ONE Engagement Hub, with customer and activity data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The solution will work across marketing, sales, service and ecommerce and enable brands to successfully build and sustain long-term, customer relationships at scale, building true customer engagement that leads to increased loyalty and advocacy. The ONE Engagement Hub is the only solution in the market to support customer managed journeys, enabling dynamic journeys that adapt to the context of each individual customer and are visualized and optimized in real-time. With the ability to deliver real-time context across all channels and manage customer journeys, Microsoft Dynamics customers can now benefit from a customer engagement solution designed to foster stronger and more profitable customer relationships. The solution will be available to select customers by the end of 2014 and availability extended into early 2015.
