Birch Communications, Inc. Announces the Release of TotalCloud PBX Hub

Birch Communications, Inc. announced the release of TotalCloud PBX Hub, which is available on the company's TotalCloud PBX Platform and includes collaboration features that allow end-users to make and receive calls from any device as if they were in the office. Birch also announced a new release of its TotalCloud PBX product suite with targeted Cloud communications solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). It is imperative to share knowledge and information quickly to enable decisions on day-to-day logistics and delivery of vital information to prospects, customers, and suppliers. In this age of advanced technologies, businesses can no longer expect their employees to be highly productive through multiple disjointed communications methods, conference calls, landlines, cell phones, instant messaging and email without better ways to manage these channels of communication. TotalCloud PBX combines all unified communications and collaboration (UCC) tools into a single virtual meeting "room" and eliminates the need to send cumbersome bridge numbers and passcodes – making it easy for groups to meet, chat, share desktops, and talk via audio and video conferencing. The service enables "find me/follow me" functionality that will simultaneously ring all devices and allow the user to make an outbound call from smartphones without sharing private phone numbers – all from the new TotalCloud PBX Hub app. This "always on" service transparently transitions from one cloud network node to another for continuous connectivity. Likewise, in the event of a local service outage, the phone system is designed to default to mobile solutions, providing an immediate backup solution. Birch announced a variety of solution offerings within this expansion. TotalCloud PBX Professional Seat – Designed for businesses with distributed work environments, where work is done outside of the office and outside of standard business hours, providing advanced communications and integration with mobile devices, employees can always be connected anywhere they do business. TotalCloud PBX Merchant Seat – Unique in the industry, the Merchant Seat solution is a step up from traditional phone lines and is designed for businesses with single and multiple location storefronts whose primary needs are managing their business on-site.
