Isolux Corsan Wins Contract to Expand Water Network in Peru

Isolux Corsan has won a contract to expand potable water and sewerage sectors in several districts of Lurigancho and San Antonio de Huarochiri, Peru. The project, which has a budget of $102 million, has been awarded by the Company of Potable Water and Sewerage of Lima (Sedapal) and its allow providing these basic services to rthe more than 75,000 inhabitants of these areas services. The project includes the construction of the main water lines and sewage, 14,456 connections in Cajamarquilla, Nievera and Cerro Sweet Potato and avenues outside these areas, within the jurisdiction of the District of Lurigancho, in the Province of Lima, and the San Antonio, in the province of Huarochiri. Among the works included for water supply highlights the distribution network, with a length of 250,331 m between drives, primary network and secondary network, rush home, construction and equipping 3 wells, 18 reservoirs regulation /accumulation and improving existing facilities. As for the sewer, it is included the execution of two drive lines, 13 major collectors, tanks overflow lines, secondary sewers and house connections, to a total of 295,277 m of pipe. This project is one of the large in the government program "148, Water for Lima and Callao" which aims to help expand and improve access to potable water, sewage and water treatment for 100% population of Lima and Callao. Isolux Corsan has a large experience in projects in Peru. In this country, the company has already built and operation two photovoltaic plants of 44 MW of installed capacity, Majes and Distribution, located in the region of Arequipa. The capacity of these plants is 80 GWh per year and can supply a population of 80,000 inhabitants. In addition, the company is awarded a contract for the construction of the hydroelectric plant Molloco which will have a capacity of generating 300 MW, located in the provinces of Caylloma and Castilla (Arequipa). Also it is developing the electricity interconnection project between Moyobamba and Iquitos, a high-voltage transmission line of 220kV through the Peruvian jungle with a length of 600 km. Finally, the Group has executed the construction of Chilina Bridge, one of the longest bridges in Peru, with 563 meters long, and has helped decongest 80% traffic Arequipa.
Isolux Corsan Wins Contract from National Highway Authority of India

Isolux Corsan has won a new contract for the improvement and extension of two to four lanes in the 72km of highway NH-74 running between Haridwar and Nagina, in the states of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh as well as track maintenance for four years. The project, awarded by the National Highway Authority of India, has a budget of EUR 113 million and an execution period of 30 months. This work also involves the construction of 12 primary and 12 secondary bridges, a high bypass in Njibabad, a bridge over the train tracks and two steps to elephants. All these structures have a total length of 4.3 kilometers and because of its complexity, stands a bridge of 37 spans in 1.2 km and two unique steel structure. The project also includes the construction of five bypass with a total length of 16 km, and the creation of service roads, parking of heavy vehicles, sleeping and toll plaza. Isolux Corsan has a large presence in India, which has recently been awarded the expansion and rehabilitation of a stretch of 48 km of the NH-75 Highway in the State of Karnataka amounting to EUR 80 million and 24 months. In addition, the Company is running the extension and improvement of 400 km corresponding to 4 sections of highways in the states of Assam, Rajasthan, Odisha and Karnataka for a total amount of EUR 350 million. In the area of T & D, the Group is carrying out the construction of 3,000 kilometers of transmission lines and 33 substations in the states of Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Furthermore, it is making three major rail projects include the construction of 563 km of electrification lines, five traction substations and railway operation systems associated, in the states of Rajasthan and Karnataka-Telengana.
