Isolux Corsan Wins Contract to Construct Wastewater Treatment Plant in Algeria

Isolux Corsan received a contract from the Department of Water Resources of the government of Algeria to construct a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Mahouane, Setif. The contract includes the design, construction and technical assistance of the exploitation(development) that will be carried out in a period of two years. This project, with a budget of EUR 23 million, will have a great impact in the local community.
Isolux Corsan Receives Contract to Construct Highway in Mexico

Isolux Corsan has received a contract for the construction of a highway in Mexico. The Highway, Bypass Poniente Acapulco, is located in the state of Guerrero and will have a length of 11km and a section of 21m, comprising 5 structures. In addition, the project also includes carrying out the work of earthworks, drainage structures, bridges or additional works such as vertical and horizontal signaling. The project has been awarded by the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation and has a budget of EUR 35.8 million and an execution time of one year and nine months. This road will enable to communicate existing Cuernavaca - Acapulco highway with the federal Acapulco - Zihuatanejo highway, which will allow to avoid traffic passing through the urban area of Acapulco.
Isolux Corsan Wins Contracts in India Worth EUR 270 Million

The Isolux Corsan group was awarded the contract for the construction of four stretches of road worth a total of EUR 270 million. The most expensive section is located in the state of Odisha, between the cities of Talcher and Chandikole. It involves more than 130 km of road worth a total of EUR 110 million. Two of the other three stretches are located in the state of Assam, a region that borders Bhutan and Bangladesh. These two sections, which make up part of the NH37, will link the cities of Jorhat and Jhanji, at a distance of over 35 km, and the cities of Jhanji and Demow, representing a total combined distance of close to 90 km of road. Lastly, the stretch located within National Highway 15, in the north-west of the country, will connect the cities of Phalodi and Jaisalmer. Although the cost of this road amounts to EUR 55 million, the lowest of the four contracts awarded, the distance between these two cities is over 160 km.
