CHE Trinity Health has named Rick O'Connell as executive vice president (EVP) for the system's East Group and Sally Jeffcoat as EVP of the West/Midwest Group. Prior to these new roles, O'Connell served as the EVP of the CHE Trinity Health West/Midwest Group and Jeffcoat as president and CEO of the Saint Alphonsus Health System based in Boise, Idaho.
