Carlson Announces Management Changes, Effective May 1, 2015

Carlson announced that Trudy Rautio, president and chief executive officer, will retire from the company effective May 1, 2015, after 18 years of service. Effective May 1, David P. Berg, chief operating officer of the company will be promoted and assume duties as chief executive officer for Carlson Hospitality reporting to the company's board. Berg will have responsibility for leading and managing the global hotel business and also assumes responsibility for the Carlson corporate center and its functions. Effective May 1, Doug Anderson, president and CEO of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, will report directly to the company's board of directors.

Carlson Appoints Trudy Rautio as New Director

Carlson has appointed Trudy Rautio to its board of directors. Prior to her current role as president and CEO, Rautio served as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer of Carlson since 2005. Rautio serves on the board of directors of Carlson.
