Arthur D. Little announced the appointment of Petter Kilefors as Managing Partner and CEO of ADL in the Nordic. The mission for Petter will be to lead ADL Nordic towards its growth strategy. Petter will in his new role report directly to the global Chairman of the Board and President Ignacio Garcia-Alves. After joining ADL in 1997 Petter was promoted partner in record time, at the age of 28 he was the youngest partner ever. He has been one of ADL's most sought for advisors in a variety of complex issues and sectors. Petter replaces Bo Lenerius, who has been leading ADL Nordic as CEO for 15 years. Bo will remain on the Nordic leadership team and as a member of ADL's Global Board of Directors and management; however, he will devote the majority of his time to business and client development.

Following its successful Management Buyout in December 2011, Arthur D. Little is expanding its network, particularly in emerging markets, in order to respond to growing demands from clients for support in the region as these companies continue to globalize at a faster pace.
