Single Source Regulations Office Appoints Bates Wells Braithwaite and Bevan Brittan as Lead Firms

Bates Wells Braithwaite (BWB) and Bevan Brittan have been appointed as the lead firms for the Single Source Regulations Office (SSRO) after a three-month tender process. The firms will advise the SSRO on administrative, commercial, employment and public law issues, with the public body responsible for regulating the Government's procurement of single source military equipment and services. This is the first legal services framework to have been run by the SSRO's legal head David Galpin, after the body was created at the end of 2014. The value of the contract is up to £575,000 and both firms are set to remain on the framework until 2018.
