Perkins Coie has a deeply rooted history in the Northwest that parallels the growth and strength of the region. Kris law practice focuses on land use, environmental, real estate and energy law. She helps clients evaluate, negotiate, obtain and defend the regulatory approvals and agreements necessary to acquire, develop and use of real property. She has nearly 20 years of experience working on land use and public policy matters in Washington State. Kris is also an active community volunteer, currently serving on the boards of YWCA of Seattle-King-Snohomish, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Northwest and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
