Skytree, Inc. Key Developments

Skytree Automates Data Science with New Enterprise Class Machine Learning Platform

Skytree announced Skytree Infinity 15.1 to make machine learning accessible to more users and increase the productivity of data scientists. Skytree Infinity 15.1 pairs its high performance, scalable and highly accurate machine learning algorithms with increased automation and ease of use to save data scientists time and effort, making machine learning much easier for enterprises to adopt. Skytree Infinity 15.1 represents major advancements in automation to accelerate the data science process. Skytree's patent pending AutoModel automatically determines optimal parameters and algorithms for maximum model accuracy, typically saving data scientists' weeks to months of manual work. Combined with Skytree's one-step process to train, tune and test models, the time and complexity required to build models is reduced even further. The latest version also delivers the data transformations used most by data scientists when building machine learning models, significantly cutting down the time and effort needed for data preparation on big data. Skytree Infinity 15.1 also improves model management and governance with self-documenting models, which includes a full audit trail. Models generated by Skytree 15.1 automatically document all datasets, transformations, algorithms and results, which are displayed in an easy to understand visual format. Additionally, all changes are tracked, creating a full audit trail, including what changes were made, when and by whom. This level of model management and governance is critical for data science teams working in enterprises of all sizes, including regulated industries.

Skytree Partners with Tableau to Combine Leading Machine Learning and Data Visualization

Skytree announced its partnership with Tableau to bring Skytree Infinity's advanced machine learning technology to Tableau's data analytics software. The partnership furthers Skytree's footprint within the big data ecosystem. Now, Tableau's global user base can benefit from Skytree's best-in-class machine learning without having to leave their dashboard. With the partnership, Tableau users will be able to add data processed by Skytree's predictive analytics to their analyses and visualizations. The partnership with Tableau adds to a growing list of technology partnerships for Skytree that already includes Cloudera, Databricks, Esri, IBM, Hortonworks and MapR, among others.

Cloudera Extends Partnership with Skytree for Infinity Platform

Skytree announced an expansion of its partnership with Cloudera and participation in the Cloudera Accelerator program with certification against Apache Spark as part of CDH. Skytree is part of the inaugural group of companies in the program. With the certification, the Skytree Infinity platform will further support the needs of customers working with Apache Spark and enable them to implement powerful end-to-end analytic workflows on an enterprise data hub from Cloudera.
