Advisors retained by the Romanian government will present a final strategy for the sale of state's remaining minority stake in Telekom Romania Communications S.A. by the end of September, 2015 or by October 3 -4 at the latest; HotNews.ro reported citing Minister for Information Society Sorin Grindeanu. A consortium of SIF Swiss Capital, BT Securities, UBS and Musat si Asociatii was selected as the consultant for the sale. 45.99% stake in the company is held by the Romanian government via the Ministry for Information Society.

Telekom Romania introduced MagentaOne, a new commercial concept for integrated fixed and mobile bundles that is addressed to both residential and business customers. Romania is the third country in Deutsche Telekom Group to launch the new commercial approach for the integrated offers, after Germany and Slovakia. In Germany the number of integrated bundles customers already reached 1 million. New Telekom Romania residential customers who opt for integrated bundles get 6 months access to the TV service and a HD package at no extra cost during the same period of contract. The integrated fixed-mobile bundles are available in 2 options.
