Griffon Corporation announced that it has appointed Michael A. Sarrica as President of Ames True Temper. Mr. Sarrica was most recently President of DRS Network and Imaging Systems. Mr. Sarrica held a variety of management and leadership roles at DRS from 1994 to January 2014. Mr. Sarrica, along with Steven M. Lynch, President of Clopay Building Products, will report to Robert F. Mehmel, Griffon's President and Chief Operating Officer. Eugene C. Colleran, formerly Chief Executive Officer of Griffon's Home & Building Products segment and of Ames, has left the company.
