Decisiv, Inc. announced it is expanding its partnership with the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and will provide benchmarking services to TCA members at multiple subscription levels. Decisiv has provided TCA benchmarking services for the past 12 years. The TCA benchmarking services from Decisiv capture and compare information across safety, IT, HR, maintenance and operations in both qualitative and quantitative formats. Unlike other industry surveys, participants get interactive access to results with comparisons to group average and best-in-class companies based on parameters in their company profile, including Geographic Coverage (national, regional), Fleet Size (total number of trucks), Total Revenue, Cargo Type (flatbed/open deck, refrigerated, dry van, dry/liquid bulk), and selected business categories within SIC Codes. Each member then has the added benefit of independently deciding how it can best use the information presented to help its particular business and operations. The expanded TCA benchmarking services will be offered at three levels: TCA SnapShot: A one-time comparison of key financial metrics based on actual historical data and one additional set of survey questions. Features of the Decisiv SRM and TMT Fleet Maintenance Software integration include: Real-time management of outside repair events: A closed loop solution that eliminates manual data entry with Work Order and Case Creation synchronization, Vendor Information, Purchase Orders, and case data on VMRS coded operations, parts used, sublet repairs, miscellaneous charges, and approved estimate and invoice amounts, etc. Mobile Inspections automate Repair Order creation: Inspections on mobile devices in Decisiv automatically create work orders in TMT based on failures found and completed inspection records.
