The new talent pool functionality in IQNavigator's Vendor Management System (VMS) software will enable HR and procurement professionals to create, engage, and manage private, public, and supplier-submitted talent pools all on one platform. This is a first for the industry and has significant benefits for companies in terms of acquiring and managing proven talent efficiently and cost-effectively. IQNavigator's talent pools functionality allows for better total workforce management, empowering businesses to more efficiently access and engage highly-skilled, pre-qualified workers from a wider range of sources, including: Private Talent Pools: The new functionality enables HR professionals and hiring managers to manage pools of privately sourced, pre-vetted talent in a simple yet powerful way. Anyone in the company can invite workers to join a private talent pool, which can consist of quality but underutilized talent sources such as alumni, former interns, previous workers and "2(nd) place" FTE candidates. Supplier-Submitted Talent Pools: The new functionality gives users access to talent from traditional staffing suppliers, allowing companies to manage that data in the same way and in the same place they manage private and public talent pools. IQNavigator, Inc. will announce two new service offerings at this week's IQNsiders2015. At this week's event, IQNavigator will reveal a new user interface for its vendor management system (VMS) software that leverages embedded predictive analytics to match jobs and projects with the right contingent workers to fill those roles. This first-of-its-kind solution in the industry represents a major advancement in usability and functionality for this important aspect of procurement and hiring managers' responsibilities. IQNavigator's embedded analytics draw on fourteen years of exclusive data from the IQNavigator system in addition to a client's own data to power data-driven decision-making to match resource requirements with the right job titles and candidate attributes with the right candidates.
