Most recently, he served as senior vice president and national account director at First American Mortgage Solutions. ValuAmerica Integrates with Federal Housing Administration's EAD Portal

ValuAmerica announced that ValuAmerica is now integrated with the Federal Housing Administration's Electronic Appraisal Delivery portal2E. FHA's EAD portal is a web-based technology system that enables electronic transmission of appraisal data and reports to FHA by FHA-approved lenders and their designated third-party service providers prior to loan endorsement. The EAD portal also reviews the submissions against FHA appraisal data and report requirements in real time and provides warning notifications if there are any discrepancies that lenders need to address. The use of the EAD portal will be required for all FHA-approved lenders, effective June 27, 2016. ValuAmerica is one of the first AMCs to provide its lender clients access to the EAD portal with a direct system-to-system integration.
ValuAmerica Integrates with Mercury Network

ValuAmerica and Mercury Network announced that ValuAmerica is integrated into the Mercury Network vendor management platform. More than 700 lenders and AMCs use Mercury Network to manage compliant and efficient appraisal operations. This integration allows lenders using the Mercury Network vendor management platform to place appraisal orders with ValuAmerica and streamlines communications by automatically passing order statuses and documents back and forth. And lenders can do this without modifying their workflow. Mercury Network will route orders to ValuAmerica based on each lender's unique assignment and compliance requirements. The system captures a complete audit trail of the assignment.
